1:1 Coaching

  • 24/7 access to me (communication is HUGE! Helps me better help you, but also helps you better understand your body and it's needs!)

 

  • NON-restrictive nutrition and training plan that is created based on specific health and physical goals and will be expected to be adherent to on a consistent basis 

  • Loom Video Weekly Check In responses -- in depth video feedback check in to SHOW you how things are working, what changes need to be made and why, support, guidance and recommendations to make reaching weekly goes easier 

 

  • Weekly adjustments made based on biofeedback, performance, and body composition goals

 

  • Meal guidance and examples of how to build meals whether you are cooking or dining out

 

  • Monthly Future Pacing 1:1 Call

 

  • Weekly education outside of check ins (videos, extensive resources, recipes, grocery lists, easy meal ideas, meal prep methods, snacks, etc.)
