My full day of eating to build muscle


I LOVE the foods I eat, so that means I eat pretty much the same thing everyday! I have found what works best for me, my digestion, my goals and my taste buds so that I can feel my best. Let's dive into what my full day of eating to build muscle looks like!


Sometimes I switch things around. That can be bigger meals less frequently throughout the day or eating smaller meals more often! It depends on the day, but I always make sure to get in all my macros.


While eating to build muscle, I am eating a little over 2000 calories a day with a free meal 1-2x a week, but everybody is different.


This is what an average full day of eating to build muscle looks like when I am cooking everything!




Full Day Of Eating to Build Muscle - Two plain rice cakes with American Dream nut butter
Meal 1 - Rice Cakes & Nut Butter


Snack 1: Pre workout snack--- 2 lightly salted rice cakes with almond butter


Quick fuel before the gym! Light on the protein and fat, but a little something to give me energy to help sustain a morning workout!

Meal 2 - Egg White Breakfast

Meal 1: Egg white turkey bacon wrap with fruit


High protein, high carb but lower fat to get the carbs and protein into my system faster and replenish my muscles after a workout!




Full Day Of Eating to Build Muscle - Chopped cod, cut green beans, and flavor gang sriracha maple sauce.
Meal 3 - Cod Lunch

Meal 2: Fish and green beans with rice and oil


Balanced meal with all macros + my favorite flavor gang sriracha maple sauce! Sweet and spicy, so good to fish and veggies!

Meal 4 - Rice Bowl Dinner

Meal 3: Rice Bowl with sweet potato, zucchini, chicken and oil


Another high carb, protein and fat meal! Not too high fiber to help digestion later in the day. I like to mix fiber foods (sweet potato) with lower fiber (white rice) for optimal digestion at higher carb meals.

Meal 5 - Ninja Creami protein ice cream night cap

Snack 2: Protein Ninja creami with vegan protein powder, cashew milk and almond butter (plus caramel rice cakes to dip in!)


Always have to end my night with something sweet! Also, I always dip in a few caramel rice cakes and it tastes like a waffle cone!


This is a typical full day of eating for me. Sometimes I have another snack before meal 3 and I just lessen the amounts in meal 3 and snack 2 to hit my macros.


While eating to build muscle, I focus on mostly Whole Foods with some fun foods as well! I get excited for every single meal I have and you should too!


So important to enjoy your food!
