Food Freedom for the Holidays



The holiday season used to stress me out so much. I felt like I had to pick between my goals and be SUPER strict, or I had to choose to enjoy and sarcifice my goals...



You can have both!



This time of year truly is about the memories and the company! It's one of the only times we get to be all together and celebrate.


I wasted so many years restricting and being afraid and so anxious and missing out or overdoing it and feeling defeated and guilty.


I wish I could get that time back, but I can't.


So I made a promise to myself.


I would never let the holidays take time away from me being with my family. I promised myself that I needed to find a way to be able to still prioritize myself and my goals while also enjoying all my favoritre foods with loved ones!



So I created a guide for myself to follow and I have never missed out on an event since. I have also enjoyed every single second of the holidays since.


This is truly my FAVORITE time of year!
