How to grow your glutes

Want to grow your glutes? Let's talk some easy tips to start utilizing.

It takes a lot of time and energy to change your body. So first, it's super important to be patient and be ready to work!

FUEL YOUR BODY

If you want to grow your glutes, it's important your are giving yourself enough food to fuel your gains. I recommend being in a 'slight' surplus. NO need to push food to the max. Maintaining a slight surplus will help with minimal fat gain and maximize lean muscle gain.

FOLLOW A PROGRESSIVE PLAN

Want to grow your glutes? You MUST have a training plan. Something progressive that you follow for at least 8 weeks. Work up your weight, reps, sets and focus on challenging yourself more each training session. It's important to have a plan to follow, so you can track your efforts and measure progress.

TRAINING VOLUME + INTENSITY

If you really want to grow your glutes, you have to give your MAX effort. But this does not mean going to failure on every single exercise and every single set. I recommend picking 1-2 exercises each training session to go to failure on your last set and maybe add in a drop set.

I also recommend training glutes at least 2x a week and optionally adding in a 3rd some weeks (most likely with another body part, so your body has time to rest).

REST

Rest is always important, but easpically during a building phase with more food and energy, it can be easy to want to skip your rest days. I get it. Use your rest days to recover, get stuff done, prep food, shop, hang with friends, etc. Doesn't mean you should be a lazy couch potato, so make sure to still hit your steps.

CONSISTENCY

Be on it! You will not see change if you are not consistent. Plan and simple. With anything you do in life, it takes reps. Keep showing up.

TIME

Progress doesn't happen overnight. Be patient and enjoy the dang process!

At the end of the day, this stuff is suppose to be fun! It should add to your life. If you want results, you have to put in the work, but you should be able to reap the benefits as well!

Hope this helps!

Let's do this together!

xx
