Have you ever....
Tried a diet
Lost the weight
and then went back to "normal" eating and gained all the weight back?
I think we all have...
But, how do we keep the weight off?!
Let's share my Client Emily as an example:
This is a very typical process I take the majority of my clients through that have been dieting too long or have struggled with yo-yo dieting and still want to lose fat, but also find a balance with food and exercise
The reason this process worked so well for Emily is because she wanted longevity in her results and lifestyle. She wanted to enjoy the process and get the results easier.
This meant spending time building up her intake (pre diet—- 2300 calories)
Then she was ready physically and mentally for a diet (diet— ending around 1600 calories)
She really wanted to keep the tightness in her physique from the diet. We had to build back up her metabolism, so she could maintain a leaner physique with more food (2.5 months post diet— 2100 calories)
And she actually weighs a few pounds less 2.5 months post diet!

BIG SECRET: It takes time!
The more you rush the process, the harder it is to maintain what you're doing so you get stuck in a cycle of getting and losing results.
If you take time to build up your metabolism, fat loss becomes easier, more enjoyable and more sustainable!
