How to reach your fitness goals when SUPER busy




I’ve become a PRO at hitting my goals when I’m super busy!


I’ve learned to thrive when I’m busy because I can plan and prepare and follow a routine so much better!


I like to look at my weeks ahead when I’m planning and this is how I’ll approach it:


1- be realistic — set goals for the week that are challenging but doable


2- plan and prepare — schedule the week, actually put in the effort to get things sorted and prepared (pre track/plan meals, schedule workouts, book meetings, set time aside for work/projects/tasks, etc)


3– keep it simple— stick to the basics, keep your meals basic and stick to the foods you like that are easy and low prep (frozen veggies, prepped meat, deli meal, rice cakes, microwave rice)


4- control what you can — execute what you have planned and prepared, allow yourself to go with the flow and make adjustments as life throws things at you



When I’m super busy, I keep the plan simple! It’s not the best time to try a new recipe. I keep the same foods I like, prep what I need to or buy low prep/already prepped foods and stick to it!


If you’re stressed right now, try to simplify everything you’re doing. Control what you can and let life happen.


Also, try to take a step back and ENJOY! Life is supposed to be enjoyed, don’t forget that😉
